Whether you want to become familiar with the Long Island area or want to increase your skills at Docking, Navigation or anything else along the way, this is the best way to do it.
From the Long Island Nassau/Suffolk area we offer you one-on-one training aboard YOUR BOAT alongside a USCG Licensed and experienced Captain.
All you need to do is let us know where you keep your boat and the Captain will meet you at your slip/dock, and the rest will be an experience not soon forgotten.
This is the way to get hands-on experience handling a vessel, practice docking, boat handling, navigation, chart plotting, using the GPS and a variety of other things with your own USCG Licensed Captain alongside giving you expert instruction and answering any questions you have.
NOTE: YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RELEASE PRIOR TO GETTING UNDERWAY.
This release will include, among other things, that you understand the inherent risks of boating and being on the water, that you are physically able to participate in the activity, and you agree to hold harmless Safe Boating America, its employees, Captains, its affiliates and sub-contractors against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with your participation in this activity or the use of equipment or facilities provided, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of the provider and Safe Boating New York. |
